I think Ron Dayne won the award, too, and he sucks as a pro...however, it seems to me that the QBs usually selected for the heisman in the last 25 years (from Gino Toretta to Danny Wuerful (sp?) to Jason White) have had less success at the next level than other players that have won the award. I do understand that it is not billed as a predicator of pro success...
and I guess that the jury will be out for a few years on Reggie Bush. I doubt he's the next Barry Sanders, but it will be fun to watch if he is.
