I don't know what cut off time is good, but I know some people like posting about the game for the day upon waking up in the morning. I just put the 12 noon CST as an example. If people like it earlier, then maybe 8am CST?
Personally, I'm not that affected by it but I know that some are and I know some people don't want to jinx anything and be blamed for such.
