Define young.....we'll see how much time Bernard James gets. I think rookies and 2nd year players are still trying to find their way around the arena, while the retreads 3-4-5 years in the league, have seen it all, are now willing to be molded, especially like a Billups and now a Mayo. Hopefully Mayo develops his game and can put up the kind of numbers he was destined for since he was in Junior High.
