If he ever gets to that level (which is highly unlikely) it won't be while Dirk is still in his prime.
Now, the flip side is that if he ever gets to that level, he might be able to win even with an in-decline Dirk.
But given the opportunity, I would absolutely ship Roddy out for Chris Paul. Expecting Roddy to be Chris Paul is a tad crazy.
