I wanted to warn some, you might not want to read alot of the above in some of the news stories because it is somewhat graphic. In a nut shell it was a sexual relationship with a sleeping man but Murphy’s attorney then posted a comment on TDW claiming it was just consensual gay sex by his client.

Here is two more stories on this that is not as graphic. It looks like he has resigned because he got another job and claims he did nothing wrong because it was consensual gay sex.

I think it was good he resigned because some of his conduct doesn't seem good for us as a whole. I am not knocking him if he is gay or want's to be gay but for the position he was in and "maybe" abusing his power.
