Expanding on my previous comment, we need our very own AD trade, or Jrue Holiday trade. A true difference maker that can play on both ends of the court. If you cannot trade for that player, you wait, you tweak, you fire the coach, you change the starting lineup, you do what you can, but DO NOT be the next current Chicago Bulls (and we wouldn't even trade for players like those, we would like aim for players like Crowder, which is just mind-bogglingly stupid, if you jeopardize 2024. If you can do it without giving up picks and getting back players with too long contracts, then you do it, but you probably can't).
