8 billion in debt? Imagine being that awful owning hugely valuable sports rights.
The main issue, though, is the blackouts. Until you promise a person can watch every game without needing TNT, TBS, ESPN, NBATV, blah blah blah, then the issue will continue. Fans living in their own damn city shouldn't be subject to any blackouts whatsoever if they are willing to pay for a single service.
