Wallace would be the most expensive. He and Kapono both received tenders, I believe, making them restricted free agents. Casey Jacobsen would be the most "gettable", it seems. The Hornets have committed themselves somewhat with Nachbar, and Jacobsen does have the ability to shoot. As a fifth player at the 2-3, he would be a nice luxury to have.
