Even if they did/do consider Yogi a PG you have to factor in that JJ will be gone after the season. By then Brunson will have a year under his belt and will be ready to challenge Yogi for the primary backup PG spot. Also if Brunson does not work out, his contract is very tradable. Personally though I think he will end up being a steal. You can’t judge him based on a couple of summer league games where he’s playing with a bunch of spares. Let’s get through preseason and well into the season before making a judgement on him as a player.
