I actually just had to look up what an
amnesty clause was (thanks Marc Stein!)
Wouldn't they have to waive him BEFORE the new CBA, or would that rule be grandfathered in?
Also, do we even want to waive Marion? I mean, he pretty much dominated in the playoffs, especially on defense... And on the flip side, we have no idea how Caron is going to look after his injury...
