I work out every day at my local gym
One day I run one mile (or 1.5) on the treadmill or elliptical, then do heavy chest and arms, then do a lighter set of abs
The next day I'll run two or more miles on the treadmill or elliptical, do heavy leg press, and heavy abs
those days alternate throughout the week...
I've been doing this workout to one to degree or another for a month along with better eating habits and have already seen noticeable change in my body (which wasn't really that out of shape to begin with)
