You know, after seeing all three my favorite is still Tenenbaums. But my favorite scene from all three is the after-play party with Blume, Fischer, Cross and the Doctor. That uncomfortableness was so.... uncomfortable, and Max's snotty retorts to the Doctor were so frickin' hillarious.
