Trading Harris for Joe is an absolute no-brainer.. Joe is, in my opinion, a top 20 talent who hasn't even hit his prime yet, and probably one of the 5 most versatile guards in the league. Meanwhile, Devin really has a lot to prove, and I would go as far as to say that he hasn't lived up to the #5 pick yet..
