Howard is a slightly above average defender. Jsmith is a very good defender. I dont really know where jho's defensive rep came from other than that every swingman who comes to dallas automatically gets a rep as a defender. For example see Ager. He was an average defender in college but we drafted him to be a Wade stopper. Really? I hope to god we arent that stupid.
