Dwight. When the debate is experience vs. potential, give me experience every time.... And Howard's worst still tops Whiteside's best.
They're both headcases, and Dwight does have injuries and Father Time working against him, but D12 is the safer bet through he duration of Dirk's career (which, regardless of anyone's opinion, is still a priority to the FO...)
EDIT: although when it comes to $$, I'd want Howard on a much shorter contract than Whiteside -- he probably loses his edge on a 4-year deal.
