How bad*off is Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta?
From what I remember the purchase of the Rockets wasn't as simple as Ballmer paying cash for the Clippers.

The bond sale will be used for the $1.75 billion of equity Fertitta is using to buy the Rockets, along with $175 million of assumed debt and a $275 million loan from Leslie Alexander, the seller of the NBA team.

Restaurants -*
Hotels -*
Casinos -*
Amusement parks, aquariums, boardwalks.
Sports teams -*
Wrote a book that nobody read -
While the rest of the world is also struggling, at least Houston fans have a chance of getting rid of a *** owner through this.
