Well I got it yesterday. It seems like a pretty sweet little camera, but I have almost nothing to compare it to. I haven't had a ton of time to play with it yet but it was pretty intuitive. Haven't even opened the manual yet.

I recorded some stuff in less than favorable light and it came out alright. Uploaded a 2 minute vid to YouTube (720p) using the software that came with it (which is pretty clunky and awkward) easily enough. Quality seems pretty good for $300. I haven't tried to edit anything yet, but I'm not expecting much.

I will probably look elsewhere for editing software. We'll see.
