Default GDT: Mystery Mavs @ Hot Hot Heat (01-02-13)

The risk of starting my GDT career 0-1 is seemingly high.

Since the last Dallas-Miami game, O.J. Mayo has only hit three threes and has had his three-point percentage dip to a much more reasonable 45.5 percent

James has scored at least 20 points in all 29 games of 2012-13

Dallas had lost by an average margin of 19.1 points during its skid, which began with a 110-95 home loss to Miami on Dec. 20.

What are Heat fans up to, you may ask?:
Quote:
Is it concerning when Miami’s shooters go into mini-slumps?

Couper: Far from it. It’s expected, really. Ray Allen used to go into a one or two week funk every year in Boston, and every year the fans there would have a minor freak out about it, as if one of the greatest shooters in league history suddenly forgot how to shoot. Shooters have slumps because they take shots that go in less often, but that doesn’t mean they should stop shooting. In fact, what we too often ignore when shots aren’t falling is the process that is getting those shots.
Good news everyone! Slumps are ended by taking more shots! We're saved!
