Default As bad as the Mavs have played.....

and as bad as the coaching has been.....they could have EASILY stolen two games.

Theres the saying that the BEST basketball team wins in a long seven game series.....which team is a better basketball team??

Simple. It's the Dallas Mavericks.

I will agree with AW and say that when its all said and done the Mavs will win because they are the better team....

Sure, the Mavs could have very easily stolen a game or two. And yes, the Mavs still have a chance to win the series. However, it would be nice to lose the games solely on the court. Unfortunately, Nellie has performed as poorly as Fin, Nash and Walker during this series.

Nellie is also in a tough situation because he's the guy who brought in or "okayed" the new guys that were brought in....

he's obviously had to adjust the lineup and readjust and seemingly put out a rotation that lacks logic or even a lack of a rotation all together...

he's obviously never had a team like this before that stunk so bad on the road and was so great at home...

he's obviously feeling the pressure from Cuban, the media, and the fans.....even his players probably look at him funny from time to time but he has been part of this franchise's success so I will give him the benefit of the doubt....

in the end, players must perform and adjust even under extreme circumstances.....we see the Great Ones do it all the time and prevail...

so far only Dirk has performed well in the playoffs...he is truely a marvel...
