Girls lose game 100-0..get call from Cuban
http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/liv...oint.loss.KTXA
You have to listen to the video to understand what it all about.
Toward the end of the video the coach says that Cuban called them and that he will take all the girls to a Mavs game. I think this is great from Cuban, I mean a lot of people with money dont do this kinda stuff.

I have no idea how that score can be legit. Even if they were one arming the basketball towards the hoop you would think at least SOMETHING would go in.

Cuban Invites HS Girls to Owners Box
They just mentioned this on Good Morning America. The girls that lost 100-0 in a HS basketball game were invited by Cuban to watch a Mavs game in the owners box this upcoming week. Makes you feel good to be a Mavs fan.
Also, from checking DMN, it looks like Nike invited to sponsor a team trip to the all star game this year.

The school has 20 girls and they haven't won a game in years (maybe ever?). Supposedly they didn't give up in that game though. If they're at a Mavs game, the Mavs better not give up like they often seem to

Those kids have learning disablities (thats what the Academy specializes in is teaching kids with learning problems) playing a regular healthy team of girls. And that is why they are winless over the last 4 years. I think as long as they are having fun they should keep playing

I was about to post the same thing... cmon get a grip guys. Post in one thread, it isnt that hard. I personally dont see why losing 100-0 is anything special on the losers parts. They are horrendous. If these were guys, this wouldn't be a story.

100-0 is a big blowout, but our girl's varsity has blown people out 80-0, or 70-6 on occasion. It happens.

the article was on Yahoo!. it said the team that was up was full court pressing in the 4th and was raining 3's. I think the winning coach is looking into forfeiting the game

Yeah, it's pretty pathetic that a team full of girls with various learning disabilities can't at least play a little defense.
Jesus, you are so dense.

Almost as sad as posting 647 times on a site dedicated to your 14th-favorite basketball team without ever once contributing anything of value...
Why aren't you lying dead in a gutter somewhere yet?

She is that girl that sat at the lunch table in school where nobody wanted to talk to her. Instead of taking the hint and going away, she insecurely talked until everyone at the lunch table wanted to commit mass suicide. A lot of unpopular, nerdy kids did that. Sad really. You can be unpopular and nerdy without being an awkwardly persistent annoying moron.
I'm sorry basketballgirl that nobody ever liked you. Really.... Must have been tough...

There are way too many jokes about Cuban being a pedophile in here.
So those girls had learning disabilities huh? The one that was swishing all of those hoops seemed to be pretty pro, ah the magic of editing.

This just in:
In a show of local support for the Mavs. The area Top HS Girls basketball program in Dallas has welcomed Cuban and the Mavs to be special guests at the next home game. This was in support after the Mavs/Celtics game today. ESPN has decided NOT to cover this event, due to the poor showing from the Mavs today.
