You gotta give it to Golden State even if they end up losing... they don't give up when they are playing for lint.

I was looking at the boxscore, and it looks like Kobe can score again.
I guess that Kings defense was amazing. We should all take note - especially the Warriors.

These Lakers look like they are in trouble. I wouldn't mind at all taking these punks out in the first round.

They look to be in big trouble defensively. Offensively, the role players are not doing the job, especially D. George. Shaq is strating to get into playoff mode and will once again show how dominant he can be in the playoffs. The rest of the Lakers need to follow his lead and up their game, I'm just not sure if GP, Malone, Fisher and Fox have enough left in the tank to make another run. GP and Malone will have to get through the playoffs on heart and will cause their legs just don't look like they're up to the task.
Dallas will be first round cannon fodder, I expect some kind of shake up next year.

RE:La vs Gsw
Actually if the "Role" players don't step up then the Lakers could well be in some trouble against Dallas. The one thing...ok maybe the only thing...that Dallas does well is RUN...and if Karl,Shaq, GP, and Fox can't keep up and the refs don't allow them to manhandle the Mavs(which is what I expect) then Dallas could give the OLD Lakers quite a scare.

Early on I predicted the most troubling playoff match-ups would be Dallas and Minny, my opinion hasn't changed especially in regards to Dallas. They are a matchup nightmare and the zone has worked when it's thrown sporatically at the Lakers. The Lakers and Kings have picked the wrong time to start sputtering, the Spurs seem to be playing with the most consistancy and momentum and should be the odds on favorites to come out of the west.
Should be a great post season.
