Richardson wants out
He never wants to wear a Bobcat uniform and is opening his mouth about it. Can't post the article because its an ESPN insider. maybe some 1 here can. Anyway, I would trade Terry for him straight up, no questions asked.

Absolutely, but aren't there restrictions on trading someone just after receiving him?

Sounds like he's happy now. I don't think he's a good fit, anyway.

Athletic as hell, can shoot anywhere from the court, hits clutch shots, can dunk on almost anyone, 26, 6'7.....yeah, terrible fit.
Moot anyway...I think Wallace is a huge long shot too. Looks like Posey, Barnes, or Pietrus is next up for the g/f the Mavs want.

Guy that has to have the ball to contribute, a turnstile on defense, a streaky three-point shooter, an average-at-best ballhandler... yeah, great fit.

I don't blame him, who wants to play in Charlotte? He would be a better fit than Terry but I still wouldn't give up our most valuable trading chip unless we are getting something to fill one of our largest holes. Although he would be a much bigger two guard at 6'6... still not a big enough hole.

Really...he seems like he's pretty perfect for our hole at sg.

I've wanted him here for years. He's athletic and can easily be a damn good #2 scorer. He's also young. What's not to like?

He was injured pretty bad last year, and lost quite a bit of lift (I saw the Warriors in person 30-35 times last year). He played way under the value of his contract so I don't know if it would be best to go after him. He really is Finley jr. in my opinion -- doesn't take it to the rim enough even though he shoots a good percentage from the line, settles for too many long jumpers, under average ball handling and decision making for a guard, not a difference maker defensively.
But if we are thinking about getting Barnes instead... BY ALL MEANS, PICK UP JRICH.

I wonder why the Bobcats won't just keep Wallace so they can have him at SF and Richardson at SG with Morrison being the designated shooter-off-the-bench. Morrison is like an even more defensively-challenged version of Kyle Korver so there's no way he should be starting.

Richardson would be nice but it won't happen. I doubt they'll let Wallace go either. Having those two at the 2 and 3 spots will go along nicely with Okafor and Felton.

Gotta love MJ's magic in the draft.
#1 Kwame Brown
#3 A-Mo
The NBA should have an award ceremony to honor his play and another one to dishonor his management skills.

Because they just resigned Matt Carroll, giving them 4 legit players at the 2/3 position with only one ball handler on the whole team.

Seems like the Bobcats would be good trading partners wouldn't it? The real question is whether we are going to trade Terry or not to get an upgrade at the 2 position.

Who is A-Mo? Adam Morrison? He's already a bust 1 year in the league lol?
I'm looking at the Bobcats team and honestly they could definately make it to the playoffs with the current team constructed. That's if they can resign Gerald Wallace. Okafor, Morrison, May, Richardson, Carroll, Wallace and Felton are all solid guys but if i'm them I think i'm still one more lottery pick away from being a solid team. I think the worst thing for them to do is make it to the playoffs this year though.

Why would the Bobcats want Terry? Even if J-Rich wants to leave they still have Matt Carroll.

I'll say it again-- Adam Morrison is a shorter Fazekas. Morrison was drafted 3rd in the lottery ahead of Tyrus Thomas, Rudy Gay, Randy Foye, Brandon Roy....Fazekas was drafted early in the second round.

I'd put a mortgage on my house betting that Adam Morrison will not live up to being the #3 pick. And absolutely no one would take me up on that bet including you.
From year #1 I'd be way ahead on this bet. He couldn't even start on a horrible team who is filled with youth. He plays no D at all. He shot 38% and his only asset is being able to shoot. He just admitted recently that "all the haters brought me down" in his first year, combine this with crying in the NCAA Tournament BEFORE the game was over (Gonzaga still could of hit a 3) He is just a big whiny crybaby who will never amount to nothing in the NBA.
He was a decent NCAA player who should of been a 2nd round pick. Somehow he got hyped up because he has a horrible mustache and looks like a hippy.
WAAAAAAHHH!!! I'm never gonna amount to anything in the NBA. The good part of my career is over. Where's my MOOOMMMMMMMIIIIIEEEEEEE!!!!!!! Hey, short guy in the black suite, Hold me! -A-Mo

Very good point
I've been saying all along as well why Nick wasn't at LEAST scouted as a lottery pick. Maybe he really is so slow that he just can't even run with with the NBA guys. Gotta be somethin we're missin. Maybe its BECAUSE of Morrison that he fell so low.

Yeah, let's bring Richardson here, just so we can see who wants to beat his former team now.

I'd take CM or Wallace before him, but he would be a solid step up from what we've got now...

I kinda liked the idea of Jho moving down to the 2 position and picking up another three because besides Wallace I don't see any excellent defensive 2/3's out there. And while Richardson would definitely be an upgrade in our current system (and he's young at 26), I would still take Kirilienko talent wise... the contract size is the only thing that makes me stop and think about who I would rather have. But if either one landed here I wouldn't complain...
