Kings sign Udrih
Should be interesting to see if he plays against the Spurs tomorrow night. Personally, I would have held on to Shakur instead but at least it's only a 1 year deal for Udrih.
Sacramento Signs Beno Udrih November 1, 2007 - 6:29 pm Sacramento Bee - The Kings signed Beno Udrih on Thursday, a fourth-year point guard who is much-needed in light of the absence of Mike Bibby. Udrih, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound Slovenian player who was drafted 28th overall in 2004 by San Antonio, was traded by the Spurs to Minnesota last month and waived by the Timberwolves on Oct. 27. His agent, Marc Cornstein, said he signed a one-year contract, and the Kings were only able to offer the minimum salary because they are over the salary cap ($826,046).

Beno broke his finger back in training camp so he definitely will not be playing tomorrow. It's a pretty good pickup for the kings IMO. He's got talent. A change of scenery could be all he needs. If not, no biggie. He came cheap.
