Robert Horry?
RC Buford was interviewed during the Spurs summer league game and said that Robert Horry would not be back with the team.
Horry has said he wants to play another year or two. Any interest? I know the Mavs wanted him a couple years back but he chose to resign with the Spurs. I could see the Mavs, Lakers, Boston, and Rockets having interest. Maybe the Hornets.

Yea, if he had ANYthing left in the tank the Spurs wouldn't be getting rid of him. I don't think anybody will go after him in the off season but he'd be a prime candidate for a March pick up.

We don't need another old, washed-up "veteran" on this team.
The deal is pretty unlikely to happen anyways, considering ko'ach is gone.

I'm sure he'd come aboard for the vet minimum... how could you lose, having a player of his caliber and experience on your team? He'd be great to have even if he doesn't log a minute of game time.

For the vet. minimum? I'd sign him for his interior defense.

I'm surprised no one has picked him up. You can always use a veteran with his history.
He looked done last year though he admitted he wasn't in shape like he should be and the injury lingered so he couldn't get in rhythm.
Teams might wait until the playoffs get closer.

I rather have Finley than Horry at this stage in their careers.

Horry isn't really worth it right now for the full season, just keep him on ice and hope he can be fresh and locked in with the 3-ball in the playoffs. He'd be a late-push pickup for some contender.
