Default As a Mavs fan, what are you embarrassed of?

State your reasons here.

I for one, am embarrassed for how our offseason has went. I was expecting something to happen. Nothing. Not even a thud. But that's just me.

not embarrassed by the off season....but fairly disappointed in the lack of player acquisition.

there is no way I'm embarrassed of the Carlisle acquisition. I'm pretty pumped about it actually.

Embarassed..Really? I don't answer to anyone, Im not running the organization, I don't answer to the media. Being embarassed about anything Mav related is being over involved emotionally haha. I may be slightly disappointed at some things like player movement or lack htere of and JHO's only consistency is being stupid, but embarrased by it NO!!

two early playoff exits in a row especially that clinic that CP3 put on. We didn't have a chance.

I'm embarassed that the Mav's blew their only opportunity to win an NBA championship against the lowly Miami heat. To follow that up with a first round exit by Golden State. To think that had the Mavs won the championship against Miami, they would have had the mental fortitude to have possibly won up to three NBA championships in a row...the year that they lost the first round to Golden State after having the best NBA record for the year, and possibly last year...

It's not happening this year...if by mid year we are floundering...Cuban/Nelson should trade Dirk - not because he's the scapegoat, but for the opportunity to trade for some 1st round draft picks, young players, etc. and rebuild this team.

Carlisle and Donnie stand by saying that we all haven't seen the "real" Jason Kidd yet. Betting against Kidd would be foolish right? So....I'll be embarassed if they were wrong because basically everyone else outside Dallas thinks he is done. I obviously hope Kidd is great but I'm done with the team and current management if Kidd isn't what was promised to me as fan and season ticket holder.

I forgave the Miami and GS losses but giving up on Harris for Kidd had better pay off.

I was a fan in the 90s, so I think it's impossible for me to be embarrassed of the Mavs. Back then you had to endure more teasing for admitting you were a Mavs fan than if you had admitted to being gay. I just love the Mavs so F what people think.

The most embarrassing Mavs moments have to be Nash dropping a three in Terry's dumb face, and Nellie smacking our asses out of the first round. I blame Cuban for both.

Embarrassed by the Golden State series. Refuse to be embarrassed by 06 finals since they were rigged and as for our recent decline, you can't stay a contender/elite forever. However, I think our boys have one last run left in them

Ditto. People are still talking about that GS series, even more so than that Heat finals. That's probably b/c that Heat team was pretty much unwatchable.

I'm embarrassed that Eric Dampier is still our starting center when that has obviously been one of our main weaknesses for years.

Here's to Damp making me eat my words this season.

Better question. As a Mavs fan what do you have to be proud of?

I'm proud that we're somehow threatening enough to attract trolls from other boards...

I am embarassed by cuban. It was okay when we made the playoff with nash/dirk/fin for the first time (after a long time) and beat utah. It was like breath of fresh air and I ignored the idiotic behaviour of cuban since the team was winning. Slowly he wore me down and now I get embarassed by everything he does. Him on the treadmill right before the games, him wearing stupid t-shirts. I can go on forever.
