I checked the local channels (KTXA, FSSW) and didn't see it listed on the guide. Also, it wasn't being shown on NBA TV. Was really hoping to watch this game to see some of the new guys get some time on the court!

I'm really hoping this game shows up for me on league pass. It usually blacks our games but since we aren't broadcasting it locally it should work. Can't wait to see D-Will and Wes!

Me too. Otherwise I've emailed Cuban to see if he can do a raw feed on the website.
Then again, those are usually raw camera feeds from the cameras in the AAC with 103.3 piped over it for audio. This is in the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska. Not sure they even have a media nest with video cameras. Seems like a real missed opportunity-- this is the first time that we'll see Butler/Rose/Gasol/Noah healthy this pre-season. We'll also see Dirk/Matthews/Williams and almost a regular season roster from the MAvs as well.

Yeah what a shame that would be if it's not broadcasted in any way. This is probably the most hyped I've been for any preseason game in years. I guess we'll have to count on the Bulls to have their own broadcast of the game... then it should be available to watch on League Pass

It will be on CSN-CH, which means it's televised somewhere. Doesn't look to be on FSSW or KTXA, but hopefully that means that they won't black out Dallas LP.

The bench defense has been pretty stellar from what I've seen.
.. But those starters tho.

From the small amounts that I've seen Mejri play he has no touch around the basket.

Mavs haven't won a game since April 26th when we finally dumped Rondo in the Rockets series

On a positive note, I thought both Wes and Deron looked very good.

Jenkins' clutch three looked like Terry, too.
Just couldn't defend for 5 seconds at the end

I'm SO worried about this season.
I feel like this is group that will play really hard every night...but that just may not have enough talent to make a dent in the West.

While I am concerned with the injuries, I feel confident about this team. There is just a good feeling about the guys. And even the guys that have been out injured....sometimes that's as good as anything for players to bond and come back strong.
I am looking forward to this and I am calling it now ..we will win over 50 games this season.

I like our team as well.
1. No one player is "ball dominate".
2. Lot of really good character guys.
3. Better outside shooting.
4. Coach'em up RC

I do love the optimism.
I just feel like there are so many ifs.
But even if
1. Deron can stay healthy and be a 15 and 5 guy,
2. Parsons gets healthy and takes a step up, leading the team and becoming more of a go-to guy,
3. Matthews returns from his injury to be 90 percent of who he was in Portland,
4. Dirk's game suffers very little dropoff from last year,
5. Powell continues to improve and is adequate at backing up Dirk,
6. Anderson is able to contribute meaningful minutes off the bench,
and
7. McGee returns to past form, beating out Zaza for the starting spot at center due to passable interior defense...
We still win only 45-48 in a ridiculously tough western conference, and limp into the playoffs. But if many of those things don't happen, we miss the playoffs.
But I hope I'm wrong.

Just remember, the 2013-14 Mavericks won 49 games with Calderon/Monta/Marion/Dirk/Dalembert.... this team is substantially more talented than that team and having one of the best coaches in the league will give us an advantage. Anything is possible.

2013-2014 was also a talent dearth. Right now the West is as talented as it's ever been. Thats the bigger problem. In 2001-2002 this team could have been a second or third seed. Right now we are going to have to fight for 7-10
