Texas at Nebraska
Umm, this game isnt looking so great right now. Im still confident in UT and expect a win but UT REALLY needs to develop a kicker.
We will see what the freshman is made of here. I expect him to show up big time...
16-14 right now in the 4th.

If UT scores a TD they need to go for 2.

my friend kept saying we kick a 22 yard fg FTW at end of the game when nebraska scored the td on the halfback pass.
lol it is looking more likely.

Nebraska's use of TO's here has been just strange. Really strange.

Thats as clutch of a 22 yard fg as you can make. Off the bench cold in bad weather and the kid nails it. Im impressed.

i have never seen a more stressful 22 yarder.
and what a blunder by callahan. burning those two last time outs on the fg try and challenge.
a good run back on KO and two first downs...plus two TOs wouldve helped

If UT did helmet stickers, Ryan Bailey would deserve to have his Helmet full of them after that play...

Um, phew!!!!
That was way too close of a game. Nebraska is better than I thought, but we did leave a lot of points on the field!

Yeah, that was some bad late game management by Nebraska. I'm not sure why they tried to ice the kicker on a 22 yarder and burned 2 timeouts in the process (coming from the Norm Hitzges school of icing the kicker is pointless). Moreover, I thought it was stupid for them to get all lateral-happy on a kickoff return with 30 seconds left. They didn't pick up any extra yards and instead just wasted precious seconds.

Why? That's a pretty stupid post. Most of us here hope that the Texas schools win above all else. It is only one week a year I hate t.u.
That was a fun football game. I love Big 12 football. Nice win Horns.

Running a wide receiver screen when it's third and goal at the five? Greg Davis reminds us frequently why he's as dumb as a box of rocks.... unless it's Mack that made that call.. .and if he did, there's no excuse for that either.

Most. Not all.
And it doesn't make much sense for ANY Big12 South school to root for UT.

I just don't care enough to make myself look like an ass by flaming other people's teams. I'm pretty sure I do a good enough job regarding things I care about.
Fin,
I almost gave you negative rep for your horrible pun.

Im not a greg davis fan by any stretch but i do find it a bit odd that the offensive coordinator who has presided over 6 of the 7 best offensive seasons in UT history receives as much hate as he does. (sometimes by me)
