RE:Mavs X Bucks Game 2
Mavs take care of business. They make it four in a row tonight going into a tough game tomorrow against the wolves. Nash continues to make Ford look like the rook that he is.
GO MAVS!!!

RE:Mavs X Bucks Game 2
I hate the phrase because Pinto says it all the time. But this is a trap game. The Mavs have already beat them, and the following night they get a shot of redemption against the Wolves at home. The Mavs could definitely come out tonight without any intensity and lose.
A bigger question on this game: Will Bradley play?

RE:Mavs X Bucks Game 2
I'm not sure he does yet. The bucks don't really play big at all and we already out-rebound them by about 10. My guess is he doesn't unless foul trouble occurs or the guys start lazing out and let too many layups occur.
However..... I WOULD like to see him get in the game to knock a little rust off in preparation for minnie.

RE: Mavs X Bucks Game 2
I agree this game has the potential to be a big trap if the mavs don't bring it. On the other hand, a big run early might end up turning this game into a big beatdown. Either way, I think the mavs pull it out. They don't want to lose the winning streak and road wins are at a premium right now.

RE:Mavs X Bucks Game 2
Nash has over 10 dimes
Dirk another double\double(26-13)
Walker takes fewer than four threes
Finley plays consistant D on Redd
Howard grabs around 7 boards...
Fortson eats a dozen donuts!

Ok, I think we can get this road win.... we haven't beaten that many east conference teams, this is the perfect time to start

RE:Mavs X Bucks Game 2
Mavs win another ugly game. 100-92.
Dirk (26/12) and Walker (15/13) go for double-doubles.
Jamison starts slow, but ends with 18/8.
Nash goes with 18/12.
Fin goes for 9/6 and plays a big part in keeping Redd in check.
Howard goes for 14/8.

Mavs win again and continue streak. Aside from a win, I would just like to see Bradley back and contributing.

Looks like Nash and Dirk are holding the ball more. I don't remember seeing Walker handle it yet.

Dirk seems to have more confidence. He just seems more comfortable. Maybe its becuase Nash and Dirk are playing a lot of their pick and roll game. Dirk is in the groove early.

Don Nelson: "Hey, I have a great idea. Lets take Dirk out now...it will totally confuse the Bucks."
Del Harris: "Wow. You are such a mad scientist."
Don Nelson: "I know. Hey Antoine -- Start taking some threes, okay?"
Antoine Walker: "Hey, you don't have to twist my arm. Sure thing Nellie!"

Who is Howard covering? I think he needs to sit on Skinner.

Dirk's on fire. Finley is 1/1 from three point land, 0 for 3 from 2 point range. How about we tell him to shoot more threes?

Thank goodness Thomas picked up his 3rd foul. He was killing us.
Too bad about Howard's 3rd foul, but it allows some playing time for Daniels.
Great games by Dirk and Jamison.
