Is this a flip flop or through analysis
A video clip was show on TV today of Kerry on Meet the Press with Tim Russert where he was asked if the US should have spent the money in Iraq ($200M+). He said "yes" we should have spent the money and more.

Given those choices it is a flip-flop, but in reality it is evidence that Kerry is incapable of keeping up with his deceptions. It's hard to remember what you said when you change your story with each breath.
