At first, i thought it was a steal for San Antonio. But their not TOO much better off, but it would've been a lot better if they kept Rose.

To avoid arguing later, i think this does help the Spurs, but not too much.

Knick fan here.....

I like the Rose deal. I think this team can improve by obtaining a player that has experienced winning and playoff experience.

However, I do not like the Taylor deal what so ever. Taylor is a washed up crack head whom the Rockets tried to trade all year, but couldnt. This is evident since the guy has been on there IL forever for what the team termed as "flu-like symptoms." This was a salary dump for Houston. But usually in cases of salary dumps, good players get dealt for next to nothing. (See Yesterdays CWebb deal)

However, in this salary dump move, we took the salary, gave up next to nothing, and really got nothing in return.......

In essence, an already league high payroll just added an extra $10 mill in useless wasted salary cap space.

To top that off, ESPN had reported that we recieved a first rounder in the Taylor deal, which would have made me feel better. WRONG.....we gave the Rockets a second rounder, which will probably be higher second round pick cause we stink.

Nice goin Isiah.......Oh well, baseball season is almost around the corner......

Maybe not too much but Rose only plays well against us,otherwise he's poo.
6'8 Pf/C,and he isn't charles barkley.
Mohammed is 27 and 6'10,and averages over 18 points and 14 per 48,he's effective.

i think chad ford summed it up best... which sounds very weird to say...

"Isiah is trying to hoard all of the 6'7" big men in the game" or something to that effect
