Nieuwendyk and Langenbrunner to the devils for Jason Arnott and Randy McKay...

Damn. Suffice it to say I am not really happy about this trade. Let me simmer down and I'll post more later. Huge deal though. BiteMeVscey- maybe that's what I was thinking about. In any case it was sarcasm. I am really bummed about the trade.
Although...I didn't realize the Stars got the Devils 1st round pick in addition to Arnott and the other guy so it is a little more palatable now. |

This may not be a popular opinion but a like this trade.
Nieuwendyk and Langenbrunner to the devils for Jason Arnott and Randy McKay... Nieuwendyk vs. Arnott: Similar numbers over the last few years. Joe obviously better at the face off. Jason is 7 years younger though. Langenbrunner vs McKay: I guess I would prefer Langenbrunner but frankly he has been a huge dissapointment here. Langenbrunner about 10 years younger. 1st Round Pick vs. Nothing: I will take the 1st rounder |
