This kid does have very good skills and vision. He has a nice shot too. I have seen kids his age do these kinds of skills, but not really in game situations. Ball must have been given to him as soon as he could walk.

He does have some nice moves for a 9 year old kid. The question is if he can keep one step ahead of the defenders as they get older too, that is, if he can keep up the amazing development he has made at a steady rate.

This is incredibly standard. Euro teams sign kids of all ages every year, and cut them just as quickly.

Who the heck was he playing against? Granted, he does have pretty good dribbling skills but when your opponents come at you and do a turnaround jump I don't think you're accomplishing all that much.
The future will tell I suppose.
