Seemed like one of the coolest guys we've ever had on the roster. I loved that he came back.
Really loved seeing him absolutely destroy nets.
Really hated seeing him so hobbled. His inability to move around the court meant that he was way too limited defensively to be in the NBA.

One of my 3 favorite players on the Mavericks last year. I'll definitely miss him.

Yeah I won't lie I hated we signed him last offseason.....I think he's a legit starter in the NBA. He should flourish with the Sixers if Doc does things the right way. I expect we will regret giving up Curry though I could be wrong.

Welcome back Seth Curry in 2023 for your next contract! Seems like only the Mavericks offer him his big paydays!

Anyway to get this guy back down the road at some point?
CBS sports has a graph up showing Curry is on pace to be the 1st guy ever to finish in the 50/50/100 club LOL
50.3 FG%
50.7 3-pt FG%
100 FT %
I think putting this dude on a team like Philly that has defenders galore around him with Embid in the middle demanding double teams has unleashed a lethal and efficient Curry
I really do miss this guy in Dallas

Looks like you were spot on
He's been perfect for what that they needed and when you watch Philly games because he has defenders and bigger wings around him Curry isn't asked to switch on to bigger players as much
He fit's like a hand in glove on that team next to Ben Simmons

I laughed when people were worried about our shooting this year, but I'm eating crow right now. We've been the worst 3 point shooting team in the entire league.

I haven't really looked it up but I think DFS and Richardson are both having down years.
Luka will probably stay around 32% I don't think he's going to improve much because he takes too many 3's which will hurt his %
KP might be on the up tick though he may the guy who improves the most by years end.

Rich and DFS aren't great shooters anwayy though. Thats' what worried me about Curry. I liked Richardson because he offered something we didn't have but Curry meant a lot to this teams shooting. He was the one guy I knew his jumper would be on most nights.

Since returning to the court, Curry has seen his pre-COVID average of 17 points-per-game regress to nine PPG. And that incredibly high 59-percent from deep has been down to just 31-percent lately on two fewer attempts.

Yet he put up 22pts last game. You should've posted this a couple days ago.

Richardson is down, but DFS is shooting his career average. He's a below average shooter. He just had us fooled because he shot really well last year. It was an outlier.

He just hit a cold blooded pull up 3 vs Portland in transition to tie the game.

Yeah, I was extremely worried about our 3 point shooting going into the season. I think I said something like.. Good trade, now all we need to do is add a guy like Curry to our roster...
