well..i think we need to guard against this being a to clean site.. there has to be debating and there has to be arguing and has to be fussing and cussing and name calling..or this is gonna turn into a wussy sight that no one comes to. what's next?..no talking about hot women because we don't want to offend the ladies?... or no talking about violent play station games because they are detrimental to our youth? or no mention of alcohol because it corrupts the soul?
the name calling isn't the problem....it's when people don't contribute anything to the board other than trying to start crap |

I'm not saying the board has to be clean or whatever. The point was that everyone here has their own opinions, and calling them names just b/c they differ from your own is pretty stupid. We're all grownups so there won't be any policing unless things just get really out of hand.

The ironic part about all of this is, I'm listening to everyone bash Reeds and the funny thing is during the season when I was posting here, and I use to tell him how we would get into our Fin vs Dirk debates. He would actually agree with the majority of people on this board and say they were right and I was wrong.
So it just makes me laugh when I hear all of you start saying he's sports opinion is not valid. I almost want to laugh and say, I agree and start the entire Dirk Fin thing up again because he agrees with alot of what you all have had to say about Dirk. Then add, "Well if you think his opinion is not valid, then Dirk isn't that good." Maybe no one else finds that amusing but me, just thought I'd share.

Kid- deep down I know Murphy knows my takes are valid. He wont admit it on this board, but he knows. Sure, I may enjoy starting stuff once and a while, but isnt that kinda fun? As long as we dont get personal- which i have tried not to- and if i have i apologize. And come to think of it, your exactally correct. I was one who rated Dirk a bit higher than Fin, and everyone loved me! Now, I say a few things that they dont agree with and BOOM! Im an asshole! WOW...
