According to BskBALL, the Bulls have reached an agreement with Eddie Robinson (somewhere in the neighborhood of $5 mil a year) and have also agreed to terms in which Artest will head to Toronto in exchange for Oakley. The Bulls are also one of a few teams willing to offer Christie the pay he's expecting.

I saw Oakley in a club in Chicago about a week ago, so I can believe that. I couldn't figure out why he was in Chicago either, but I guess that's why.

Never asked this before but are you from Chicago? I'm originally from there (Glendale Heights) but moved as a kid.

Well I'm not from here, but I've been living here for about five years. Went to school at Wisconsin and we would always come to Chicago, so basically I've been in the area for more than 10 years.

I wonder what Washington was offering Toronto for Oakley cause Jordan was wanting him there.
Im not a fan of Artest's, but they must of really wanted to get Oakley out of there to take him on.
