Bobcats are on a back to back after an emotional home win against the Pacers. Mavericks getting Kaman back and its the home opener. No excuse to not pull out a win here.

Mavs need to get this W, even though the Bobcats won last night and are not as bad as last year. 2. The streak needs to be keep alive...
Kaman should be back as mentioned.

Rodrigue Beaubois (left ankle) is a game-time decision and Chris Kaman (right calf) is expected to play vs. Charlotte.

So, with Kaman in (hopefully and starting i assume), who starts at PF? Brand, Crowder, Wright?

Crowder at PF and Curry at C, with Sarge the big off the bench.
Seriously, I find it kind of hilarious that the Mavs' entire (probable) PF/C rotation for tonight is composed of players who were either inactive or not with the team in the preseason win over the Bobcats.
And Rick's just crazy enough to start Troy (and then pull him at the 7:39 mark of the 1st, never to return).

OJ Mayo sucks. I mean missing your jumper is one thing but basketball is more than that. Get a rebound, force a turnover, block a shot, take a charge... Dude is a jump shooter and a bad one at that.

Yes. Dude is softer than Shawn Bradley.
Give me guys like Crowder, Marion, Collison. Let the hot/cold jumpshooters stay on the bench.

Not off to a good start this year as far as that goes.
I'm thinking tonight would be a good night for Mayo to find his offense.

Wright looks really lost on the defensive end. He can't rebound, he can't block out...nothing. We should play Brand and Kaman.

If the Mavs get the rebounds, the defense would be really, really good!

And i like how the Mavs are pushing it up the floor nearly everytime. Just new to see after some years where that was not the case.
