Are you really that dum? Can you not put two and two together? Obviously, the Nuggets roster is full of guys that no human being would feel comfortable meeting up with in a dark alley.

Maybe so....
I happen to find this quote, "Obviously, the Nuggets roster is full of guys that no human being would feel comfortable meeting up with in a dark alley."...
That's a bit over the top....and more to the point...not accurate at all...espcially considering the the Nuggets have several players who are very generous with theit time and resources.
Now they may not be all soft and huggable like Dirkie is, but off the court...they are guys that you would feel comfortable with....anywhere.

Black guys with headbands and tat's are usually viewed as "thugs". I don't agree with it but its the truth.

Birdman had a two year drug suspension. That probably makes him the biggest thug of the bunch.
Anyway, there has been a comeback from 0-2 to win a series in each of the past five playoffs. This isn't over yet (unless Howard is done).

How forgiving of you.
I did read that 93% of teams that have won the first 2, go on to win the series.
Certainly it's not over yet. Dirk's issues can't help.

Birdman...Kenyon Martin.. JR Smith.. Carmelo Anthony..
Well, perhaps Smith is just an idiot on the court. I don't know much about his personal life..but, they have enough 'thugs' to justify saying their team is littered with them..

I don't see any thugs up there. Ron Artest is a thug and is proud the one. Those guys above? Especially Melo? Hardly thugs. Growing up around actual thugs I can say that thugs don't play professional sports. They're usually either locked up or in jail. But I guess the the term "thug" in this case is used to describe players with tats and headbands because that's all those guys have in common.

Regardless of whether you're man or woman, you'd end up with a sore ass at best if you were to meet up with any of a number of those players in a dark alley.

IMO there is no reason not to believe. The Nuggs defended their home, and we have been good at defending ours. If we continue to do that then we should be fine. As long as we defend out home, we just have to steal one in Denver, and we will have 2 more chances to do that. I think we will come out with a W in one of those games. But first we have to take care of home, if we go Down 3-0 or 3-1 then wer in trouble, but for now keep your heads up and keep cheering for these Mavs....GO MAVS

I believe because I genuinely do not feel the Mavs have been totally outclassed in these 2 games.
The story: 54-13 in fast break points
About a quarter of the Nuggets points are coming on the fast break. I truly believe the Mavs will have better transition defense and less turnovers at home. If Nuggets hit their 3-PT shots in halfcourt or dissect us anyway than oh well.
Mavs just need to cut down the turnovers and improve their transition defense. It doesn't seem that unrealistic, especially since a bunch of these fast break points are coming off of Mavs' mistakes.
But J-Ho has to be healthy, and the backcourt needs to play much better.

Fact is Denver has to take one on the road to have the advantage.
I feel they will. Sorry about Josh but stop hiding behind the ankle excuses.
Long time coming for me (Nugget history). I'm just enjoying the ride. It would be nice if some of the posters here stop tainting the series with 'Thugget' comments.
I'm sure I'm going to get heat for this post so be it.

Personally, I think Josh Howard is a pussy when it comes to his ankle injury. I do believe the ankle has an impact, but you truly never know what you're going to get from the guy anyway. He has tremendous talent but not much between the ears. I have a little hope for the guy after the SA series.. But, that can change at the drop of a hat.

YOU try playing basketball at a high level with both ankles badly sprained to the point of surgery. I can't believe someone actually posted this idiotic drivel.
