I wanna give away my ticket for tonight's game for free... Hell, I'll even spot you a Lincoln ($5) for it.
I'm just glad I didn't pay for the ticket

I'm rooting for them to lose by 50, and keep losing games until Cuban finally gets the message and starts making major changes.

Don´t know what changes you mean ? A trade ?
btw: Last night Gana, Kidd, Stack, Bass, Dirk, Jet, Damp and JHo played. Enough experience to roll a win home...

They will lose this one. They might make it a game a la LA, but the end result is a loss.

I wish you would spread your basketball forum time as thin as you spread your fandom, then we wouldn't have to put up with you nearly as much.
oh and.. GO MAVS

FIXED:
It is tautological that teams have to play well[sic] to win games.

I can't recall looking less forward to watching a Mavs game. I feel like I'm going to a hospital to see a very sick relative. I wish he'd just friggin' die so I can stay home and play on the ps3 or watch porn or something.

Dammit you negative nancys.
I'm looking forward to the game! Glad it comes the night after Chicago so perhaps the Mavs can rid the sour taste in my mouth quickly.
We haven't had a 5 game losing streeak since 2000, and haven't lost to Orlando at AAC since 1997... my God if we lose this then I just don't know what to say.
and bbgirl25, tits or gtfo, seriously. I'm starting to think your persona is just a gimmick.

Anyone noticing a pattern?

All mavs game taste sour?
Is there such a thing as a must-win this early in the season? My decision not to get League Pass this year is looking more and more wise by each sour game.

We are 19-23 since Kidd came to the team. This is regular season + postseason. We were 35-17 before the trade last year. The team has been in a downward spiral with Kidd, even if he does have a visibly positive impact on the court.

I know, I know Underdog *sigh*
well, I'm very patient, very delusional ... but if we don't win tonight, I will have lost hope. You have to draw the line somewhere and for me it's tonight against a team we've beaten 10 straight times at AAC + we haven't had a 5 game losing streak since 2000. We're setting "bad records".

I'm compiling a huge essay/article/blog (waste of time) assessing the current body language and vibe of our Mavericks and the probability of blowing this team up...
I'm waiting to see where we are by Game 20 before I post it because I haven't lost hope YET (but if we're 7-13 you can expect a lot of doom & gloom from me - after all, we're supposed to be in "win now" mode, not "tank for lotto picks" mode!)
It ain't over till the fat lady sings (but I can hear her warming up backstage...)

Probably shouldn't have said this, you may be banned from watching if we get a win tonight. Strictly espn mobile for the remainder of the season.

nah, I already had a strictly ESPN mobile night for one of our other losses. Seems like it doesn't matter

Since I have been mostly rite with my predictions as of late...here I go.
Tough nite for Damp....but I think he can handle Howard as good as anyone.
Dirk...STOP BEING A BITCH AND PLAY....Dirk needs to outplay Turkoglu. At least 4 of the 6 losses have been on Dirk IMO. I still have faith that hell wake up soon though and well get rolling. All we need is to make the playoffs..then its a diff. story.
Kidd ..nothing to worry about...i think we could see another triple double
Howard, Jet, and Green should be good, hopefully Jet gets it goin.
MAVS win 110 - 98....GO MAVS

I think Dirk will be able to outplay Turkoglu tonight, I mean the Mavs need a win at home so I think that is a sure thing they are going to win tonight and Dirk will have a great game, the only thing the Mavericks might really have to worry about is Howard, he is great, so if they can stop him then they are good to go for this game

I went to one game in the pre-season, we blew them out.
I'm going tonight. We will play all 4 quarters, drive to the basket and win.
I sure hope green gets more burn than Stack

Dirk couldn't outplay my grandma right now. He looks that **old** and glued to the floor. He can't drive past anyone. Even if he does drive around someone he can't "hang in the air" long enough to either draw contact or get the dunk. He has little in post moves so a lot of the time it is a fadeaway. He is hesitant to just "rise up and shoot" so therefore he isn't taking the easy shots but taking shots that are a higher degree of difficulty.

maybe he can't outplay your grandma right now, but I see it like this, I'm not a big mavs fan and only watch because Kidd is on the team. But, the Mavericks are at home tonight, I could be wrong, but I thought they didn't have a win at home yet, so that might help them play harder to win this game and on top of that I think they really want to win a game right about now
