I'm pretty happy to see MB3 and TNew on there. Wish they coulda put more consideration into Keith Davis as a special teams pick.
*Too bad McBriar didn't get picked too...

first of with the AFC how do you keep Derek Anderson off the team? Then what idiots voted Troy Polamalu in??? He has been injured all season. To the NFC how do you keep Greg Jennings off the team after the season he had? Also Flozell Adams, really? Since when did false starts become a stat you wanted to lead the league in. Why did Tommy Harris and Lance Briggs make the team they also have been hurt all year. And Ken Hamlin sucks he should not be in the pro bowl

Anderson's a nice story but surely you're not suggesting that he's been better than Rothlesburger or Manning. Honestly if any AFC quarterback has the right to bitch it's Gerrard but he hasn't been as healthy as the others.
As far as Flo, he's been mauling people this year and I'd be willing to bet (can't find anyone who keeps the stat) that his false starts are down. He's a no brainer.

Ken Hamlin sucks? We must not be watching the same Ken Hamlin. He's been pretty good from what I've seen this season.

Sadly, it sounds like Roy Williams will be headed back to the Pro-Bowl. I read in an article that he was an alternate, and that means he will in all likelihood be getting Sean Taylor's spot. I can't believe how much love Roy gets around the league for how little he brings to the field.

Why isn't Keith Davis the special teamer?
Matt McBriar?
we might end up with 12 pro bowls with Roy's addition, which will set a new franchise record
but, potentially, we should have 14.

I heard that Ellis, McBriar, Roy, and Davis are all alternates. Roy has the best chance of getting in because of the Sean Taylor thing.

Ellis has more sacks but Ware has almost three times as many tackles and 8.5 TFL's to Ellis' .5. He's really become a complete linebacker.
Also good to see Newman finally get recognized.

Oh trust me, I love me some Ware. But Ellis is very underrated around these parts and around the league. He's almost as underrated as how much Roy Williams is overrated, which is really saying something..

Derek Anderson SHOULD be in there.
Flozell Adams is an elite LT...so far, he's made some of the best pass rushers in the league look like chumps.
Wasn't Jennings suspended for a while? Am I confused (seriously)?
Ken Hamlin sucks? the dude is always at the play. sucks? no.

How in the hell do the Jaguars not have any pro bowlers?
or Mario Williams?
Is the AFC really THAT much deeper than the NFC? wow.

Its not about being deeper. Who should've made it on the Jags? Fred Taylor has had a decebt season but he wasn't taking LD, Parker or Addai's spot and rightfully so. I don't see you complaining about Polumala making it even though he's been hurt for most of the season. I can't wait until a team in the NFC takes the Super Bowl so people will finally acknowledge how overrated the AFC is.

I think it has been born out over the year that the AFC exits the season seriously less overwhelming than they appeared in the beginning. In the end, it comes down to five or so elite teams, and the NFC has two of those. The AFC has at least its far share of doormats.

who knows? garrard's been better than big ben. rashean mathis is one of the best corners in the league. john henderson has held the d line together with stroud suspended and hurt. mike peterson would have made it if he hadn't broke his hand.
but no fred taylor? how has he not been in a pro bowl? 5.1 ypc. just under 1100 yds. and he's sharing carries. unreal. i think if they had held the voting after he destroyed the steelers on sunday, he would have made it.

Charles Woodson missed games just like Tnew did.
Fred Taylor is the most underrated running back of this era IMHO.

Ken Hamlin owns. Ellis is def underrated. But, people will always make the argument that he gets the sacks that he does because DWare gets a lot of attention.

I like having both of them out there together: 102 tackles, 22.5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles (and Ellis missed 2 games & didn't start in 3 others...)
Our outside linebackers are beasts!
