If anybody out there wants to pick up a pair of JKidd-signature, Mav's-era, retro Zoom Flight V's or Zoom Flight 95's, now's the darned time to pick them up on ebay on the cheap. Six months ago these signature Dallas Mav's kicks were selling for around $130 retail, and two years from now any rare unworn pair of either model will be selling significantly higher than that... Today you can get a good pair for $40-90 but that happy condition will soon be coming to an end, and who knows when Nike might retro the single most significant two models of Mav's shoes that have ever been made again...

Doesn't get much more random than that.

Spike Lee edition Jordan IV's came out two November's ago, and sold out pretty quick. They were the first Jordan IV retro's to come out with the plastic wings and back since '98, but they substituted the stupid brand jordan jumpman sign for the OG 'Nike AIR' logo on the back, so these shoes aren't perfect. Badass, yes, but not quite perfect ...

NICE MARS IV. I finally wore mine for the first time a couple of months ago. But I believe they came out in July..not November .

Yeah, probably, but my tastes in shoes aren't necessarily typical of a lot of the folks who wait all night in line in front of the specialty kicks store to buy a special mugabe-giraffe edition of AF1's, or who buy every colorway of every Nike retro release and then vacuum-seal them in bags to store in their closets, in that I always wear my shoes, and usually only buy single-digit numbers of Nikes a year (only Nikes), and those tend to be either ebay-bought classic used OG shoes or else the best new performance kicks that are currently available to play pickup basketball in (I've bought three pairs of of basketball 360's, one pair of BB1's, and two pairs of hyperflights in the last year and a half or so, and I've put a lot of mileage on all of them playing pickup bball 5+ times a week). I'm really not a huge fan of the weird fashion retro shoes that both brand Jordan and Nike have been releasing lately, but I do love it when they release faithful reproductions of the shoes I grew up with, and I find it hard not to buy those faithful reproductions...
And again, as I mentioned a few posts above, these are good times to pick up new Mav's-Kidd-era Zoom flight 95's, and Air Zoom JK's on ebay. Two years from now all of these '08 releases are going to be pretty darned pricey and scarce, and who knows when Nike will ever end up releasing them again (I'm still waiting for the damned tan air trainer III to come back again, damnit... ).
Also, you obviously have good taste in kicks, Nikeball, because the Air Jordan IV is the greatest basketball shoe that has ever been made...

It's a romantic full moon, when Pedro said, "Hey, mamacita, let's do Weeweechu."
Oh no, not now, let's look at the moon!" said Rosita.
Oh, c'mon baby, let's you and I do Weeweechu. I love you and it's the perfect time," Pedro begged.
"But I wanna just hold your hand and watch the moon." replied Rosita.
Please, corazoncito, just once, do Weeweechu with me."
Rosita looked at Pedro and said, "OK, one time, we'll do Weeweechu."
Pedro grabbed his guitar and they both sang.....
"Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year."
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Ingrates often indulge themselves with back-biting, unsound vainglory, and a lack of decent manners and propriety...

After steel, titanium is my favorite metal alloy, with bronze and elemental copper coming in as close #3's and #4's....

It was almost Mardi Gras esque...still managed to walk out of the arena and through the crowd to my car in a relatively quick manner.
Got home in time to watch the DVR of the Stars game to celebrate the New Year!!!
Found out from a fan last night that my name in Hawaii is (Keno)...not sure if that's how you spell it.
Random statement - I'm a dog person...I dislike cats!!!
