Barea can't defend and historically can't shoot FTs. He should not be in the game anymore.

Suns fouling down 7 with a minute left. That's sad.

Why is it that the end of EVERY game the Suns play in where they're down late, Nash ends up at least one wide open layup?

Because the suns only play scramble defense at the end of close games.

According to the play-by-play there were two boards in the end, thus makes it four. But it doesn't matter, Dirk is just huge. One one offensive board more and he would hit his personal record (I think 2001 against Orlando).

Hollins physically can make up for a lot of deficiencies, that the Mavs have. He reminds me of Chandler for N.O.

Dirk was so huge in the second half. Way to will your team to victory, Dirk!
Way to step up, Hollins!
Way to hit timely buckets, Terry.

I'll never understand how athletic freaks like Hollins don't have more success in this league. He also reminds me a lot of Chandler as well.

Suns may have a new coach by tomorrow! Considering how fast they can score, how can they not take a foul there with 7 seconds to go?

Cause we shoot 82% from the line.
Actually 90% if Dirk and Jet are shooting in that situation.

Actually, I agree.
Just to be clear, my point wasn't that they should concede defeat down only 7 with a minute left. I was saying they should play for at least one more possession and see if they could get it to 5 or 4 before they started to foul.

WE have to stop treating average players like stars, a la JJB. He charming because he's so short but he's a liability in the long run. I think Kidd should be backing up most PG's in the NBA. So what does that make JJB. He's a novelty.

I hope this gives Carlisle more confidence in Hollins. He really played a big game against Shaq tonight.
