FWIW, with the reports coming out that James will want something near a max deal (max for him will be about $26M), it would be almost impossible for the Heat to add Melo unless he takes a substantial pay cut, and Bosh and Wade also take even bigger paycuts than anybody would have expected.

I'm curious what does everyone think wades worth without any discount? 8-10 mil a year for 3-4 years? He's just not worth anything near a max contract at this point.
