Is Shaq Corny?

Is it me or does it feel at times Shaq comes off very corny on TNT with Kenny, Ernie, and Charles? Don't get me wrong, Shaq has his funny moments. The "Hammer Dance", and the "Birdman" chant are hilarious. But sometimes he tries too hard. And his commentating in the studio is average at best. He does not say anything that strikes me with interest. Kenny Smith is a great NBA analyst. He says things about the game of basketball that makes me go "Oh shit, I never noticed that before". Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson are funny as well. Shaq could tone it down a bit.
