Lol He definitely isn't a max player. A guy that can't shoot and turns the ball over a lot. And even if he is that good, having all your weapons starting isn't always the best strategy. Having a 6th man like what the Spurs did with Ginobili has also has proven to be effective. The thing is Dirk and Ellis need shooters out there so they aren't double teamed as much or the paint isn't as crowded.
