You really need to educate yourself on how the salary cap works... OKC has the 3rd-highest payroll in the league, they're almost $10m over the cap -- they won't be able to sign anyone of consequence this summer.
Oh trust me I know basketball enough to know the Mavs cap space. Which is the obvious team I research mostly.
