Default 4-way trade for Shaq

Taking advantage of Cleveland's blunder in losing Boozer, I put together the following deal for Shaq:

Dallas trades: PF Antoine Walker (14.0 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 4.5 apg in 34.6 minutes)
SF Jerry Stackhouse (13.9 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 4.0 apg in 29.8 minutes)
PF Christian Laettner (5.9 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 1.9 apg in 20.5 minutes)
SF Josh Howard (8.6 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 1.5 apg in 23.7 minutes)
SF Pavel Podkolzine (8.6 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 1.5 apg in 23.7 minutes)
Dallas receives: C Shaquille O'Neal (21.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 2.9 apg in 36.8 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -20.9 ppg, -10.7 rpg, and -9.0 apg.

New York trades: C Cezary Trybanski (0.1 ppg, 0.1 rpg, 0.0 apg in 2.1 minutes)
C Kurt Thomas (11.1 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 1.9 apg in 31.9 minutes)
New York receives: SF Jerry Stackhouse (13.9 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 4.0 apg in 26 games)
Change in team outlook: +2.7 ppg, -4.8 rpg, and +2.1 apg.

Cleveland trades: C Zydrunas Illgauskas (15.3 ppg, 8.1 rpg, 1.4 apg in 31.3 minutes)
Cleveland receives: PF Antoine Walker (14.0 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 4.5 apg in 82 games)
Change in team outlook: -1.3 ppg, +0.2 rpg, and +3.1 apg.

L.A. Lakers trades: C Shaquille O'Neal (21.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 2.9 apg in 36.8 minutes)
L.A. Lakers receives: PF Christian Laettner (5.9 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 1.9 apg in 48 games)
SF Josh Howard (8.6 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 1.5 apg in 67 games)
SF Pavel Podkolzine (8.6 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 1.5 apg in 67 games)
C Cezary Trybanski (0.1 ppg, 0.1 rpg, 0.0 apg in 7 games)
C Kurt Thomas (11.1 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 1.9 apg in 80 games)
C Zydrunas Illgauskas (15.3 ppg, 8.1 rpg, 1.4 apg in 81 games)
Change in team outlook: +19.5 ppg, +15.3 rpg, and +3.8 apg.

TRADE ACCEPTED

Due to Dallas, New York, Cleveland and L.A. Lakers being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Dallas, New York, Cleveland and L.A. Lakers had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Why everyone does it:

Dallas--It's Shaq. For Howard, Pavel's potential & spare parts.

Cleveland--Walker can help fill the void left by Boozer. Ilgauskas is replaced by Battie & Diop.

New York--Stackhouse can score. They've been looking to move Thomas

Lakers--The team is pretty competitive immediately--Ilgauskas, Thomas and Laettner combine to fill the 4/5 hole reasonably well. Howard is their small forward forever & Pavel gives them a shot at a center down the road. Ilgauskas and Laettner come off the cap next year.

What do you think?
