Umm..Ok. We're going to continue on now.

So, Nevin traded. I don't understand bringing Hairston. Makes me think they're working on some other type of trade, because Hairston seems to duplicate Jimenez in a lot of ways.

I didn't hear it myself, but I've seen several posters on other boards saying that Nadel mentioned on the radio that the trade was to get rid of "an unhappy presence" so obviously Nevin wasn't too happy about sitting.

Regardless of who we got back and how much money we're picking up on the contract, he's gone and Botts should now get plenty of AB's, which is good.



Edit to add: If the mods are planning on reopening the original thread later then feel free to merge/delete this.

Just wanted to make sure we had somewhere to discuss this.
