He leads second-year players in scoring at nearly 20 per game and is coming off a huge showing against the LA Clippers, recording 34 points and 12 rebounds on Saturday night in Memphis. He canned 13 of 25 shots, including 4-of-8 from 3-point land. ... Mike Miller, who always seems to give the Mavericks fits, had 27 points against the Clippers, along with five assists. ... In spite of a 13-31 record, the Grizzlies have won three of their last four home games. ... The Mavericks have won eight in a row over the Grizzlies, including their last six at Memphis.
Who's not? Jason Terry
Coming off a 5-of-17 shooting performance against the Lakers on Friday, Terry went 6-of-18 from the field Sunday against the Nuggets. ... Memphis point guard Juan Carlos Navarro takes a lot of 3-pointers and is always dangerous from long range. But he's 10-of-25 overall in the last two games.
