Sorry to burst your bubbles, but Eddie didn't have THAT much of an effect on Webber.

Every statement I said have truth in them....if you think Najera can lock down Webber then you're just smoking someting really good....

and Webber not scoring was not the only reason the Mavs made a nice run....other Kings went cold and Najera was fortunate he was subbed in at that particular point.....Najera did not guard the rest to make them all shoot and miss and he did not all of sudden make his teammates All-first team defender either....

He's actually done more in this game than the other game and for that he deserves huge props and more minutes.....even Walker's....

Puba, why don't any of your statements agree with each other? I've seen you make a lot of great points on this board, but this is definitely not one of them.

All I want is for Walker to minimize his MISTAKES.....And I want more of that Driving/Dishing instead of Driving/Scoring(or attempted scoring) from him.....

Amen to that, MT.

In truth, that's what most of us have wanted from him from day one.

And why many of us get pissed when he throws up some wild ass shot and kills a beer vendor in the 8th row behind the basket.

But what if that Beer Vendor is an a-hole to you when you ask for a cold one?

Walker's never thrown a ball into the seats at all this year!

this is not a fair statement, but i will let it go since you were obviously trying to be funny.....

....I hope

You're digging your own grave with this. I have no idea how you can watch Najera completely shut down Chris Webber, and blame it on stupid crap like "he was tired" and "he led them the entire first half". Just admit it. It seems that anything everyone says in this thread, you disagree with it, and you end up disagreeing with your original points.

Najera is just more physical and nifty with his bumps and bodying....but Webber is still gettin some good looks and shots he normally makes....

if he were completely shutdown it would be like what Artest has done to Pierce in the Indy series.....

You can't honestly look at the point production from Webber when Najera is on him and when Nowitzki or Walker is on him and tell me that he isn't being shut down... If it were only a little bit of time then yes, it would be a fluke. But a coincidence doesn't last for 2 games... sorry man, Najera is shutting down Webber.

enters in the old Whiney-Man-drag

HeyHo! All wail with the Whiney-Man!

And now listen:
Najera just plays...like...good defense and completely shuts down Webber! But...it's not like Walker wouldn't try! He's just not as good at defense. I mean, that's not fair! Don't compare him to a guy that actually does defend! I just don't get why you would do that!?!

exits desperate

Mavsman......Whiney-man-drag? Why would you want to be a Whiny man IN Drag??

Anyway.....Walk is a decent Defender; Najera is a VERY GOOD Defender. <---- Big Difference.
