Anything can happen in a game seven but LA sure has all of the momentum. It's amazing how quickly momentum can sway.
On a side note, how about that $2 million bonus for Jackson if the Lakers win the title. That's a nice little pile of cash riding on this game.

Indeed. I agree the momentum is on LA´s side. I´ve got no clue what the problem was. The Celtics performance reminded me of a playoffgame - must be 2 years ago - when the Celtics won by 30 or more points and became champions.

The desperate team has been the better team in pretty much every game so far in this series. It's held the course with that factor and rebounding, whichever team has the rebounding battle won has won every game in the series.
Perkins availability is THE question for Game 7...if they don't have him, it'll be tough. They still can win without him, but it's going to take everyone playing at their absolute best.

A team source is allegedly indicating Perkins won't be able to play in game 7. It could be a bluff but I doubt it.

If I'm the Lakers it doesn't matter, you assume he's playing and that's it.

The one thing I COULD see playing out is the Celtics use Perkins being out as a "uniting" factor and a "win this for perk" kind of thing.

I think the Lakers win with or without Perkins playing.

I thought about it today and I predicted before the series that Boston would win in 7 and I want it to hold true, but I think LA is going to do it...for my sake I hope I'm wrong.

Very close match that could go either way. Good game so far but I'm waiting to see someone catch fire from both sides to really make things interesting.

Imagine if Dirk shot 5-21 in a playoff game. The Mavs wouldn't stand a chance. Must be nice to play on a talented team Kobe.

It really sucks that Kobe is going to get a ring out of this performance tonight. Although in his defense he does have 15 rebounds tonight (12 more than Garnett).

There's no way that Boston was winning that 4th quarter. No way.
19 FTs for the Lakers.

No kidding. I hate the Lakers as much as the next guy, but how can anyone claim that the Celtics deserved to win this one?

Boston choked too but the foul calls were just so damn inconsistent the last 12-18mins...

Plus, this game was sooo sloppy. Hard to ref. I'm not defending the crap that are the nba refs, but I actually wasn't really upset with them this game. Boston played bad enough to lose.

Yeah, this game was sloppy and physical. You can either let 'em play, or foul everyone out. I don't like the refs, but it is what is.

This. His 5-24 shooting and 4 TO's get swept under the rug. Yeah, he rebounded great, but still.
Gasol & Artest BAILED Kobe out.
And yes, the officiating in the 4th WAS awful and bias for LA. Boston didn't deserve to win. Neither did LA. But LA got a ton of horrible horrible horrible calls in the 4th.
Several touch fouls for Gasol.
No and 1 on KG's dunk.
Gasol touching the ground before his layup.
Gasol pushing off Rondo on the O board.
Questionable blocking foul on Rondo.

Problem was, in the 4th, they started giving LA a ton of touch fouls after letting them play for 3 quarters.
